Our Mission

We support individuals in exploring, creating, and sustaining personalized wellness practices that support healing, growth, preservation, and transformation. Through education, meditation, and community, we create accessible spaces for holistic and spiritual wellness to be explored in ways that honor each person’s unique journey.

Empowering Wellness Journeys

We envision a world where people feel empowered to explore who they are, connect with what matters most, and cultivate wellness in ways that honor their unique beliefs, experiences, and identities. Through inclusive and community-centered spaces, we inspire individuals to grow, belong, and contribute to collective well-being.

Our Approach

We embrace an Omnist perspective, recognizing that wisdom can be found across many traditions, cultures, practices, and beliefs.

Legend has it...

Long ago, five Mamiwa Sistars were blessed with the elements of Water, Earth, Air, Fire, and Space. Together, they created the Spiral, a sacred refuge where seekers could reconnect with their inner wisdom and remember their light...
