Since 2019, Tangela has offered her authentic presence to Mamiwas of the Round Table, guiding wellness circles that weave scripture, trauma-informed care, mental health resources & tools, somatics, and meditation.

A student of the Becoming a Mamiwa ceremonial walkthrough, she embodies practices such as shadow work, Ho‘oponopono, natal chart study, and group facilitation. Her work centers on helping others reconnect to their bodies, soften into awareness, and heal through presence. Tangela continues to expand her personal practice, Healing Her Therapy Consulting business, blending therapeutic insight with soulful, embodied care.

Since founding Mamiwas of the Round Table in 2015, Mioshi Rows has guided its evolution into a vibrant collective for spiritual & communal healing. She continues to nurture spaces to reflect, restore, & rise.
Mioshi brings the depth of contemplative counseling to MOTRT, blending spiritual insight with practices such as guided meditation, sound baths, dance meditation, shadow work, EFT, Ho‘oponopono, & more. Her work centers on support in strengthen connection to the Most High, awaken inner healer, & flow through life with grace & intention. Rooted in prayer, movement, & soul expression, Mioshi’s leadership embodies love in transformation.

A devoted student of the Becoming a Mamiwa ceremonial walkthrough, Krystal embodies practices such as shadow work, natal chart study, and guided facilitation, deepening her ability to hold sacred space. Through her integration of sound, astrology, and herbalism, she continues to expand her work blending the art of creation with the magic of spiritual care.
