This Sacred Journaling Music Lounge centers the heart chakra, the bridge between self & community. Through curated music & guided journaling prompts, we’ll explore inner love, compassion, the power of connection, forgiveness, & how love moves through our relationships, with family, friends, chosen community, & self.
This is a gentle, reflective space to soften, open, & reconnect with the heart as both a sanctuary & a source of connection.
